All our products are designed and manufactured to deliver high-quality performance. In case you encounter any difficulties while operating your product, we recommend consulting the product instruction manual. As an authorized distributor in India, Damodardas Haridas provides comprehensive technical assistance and warranty support for all genuine products purchased through official channels.
🛡️ Warranty Qualifications
This warranty is offered exclusively by Damodardas Haridas and is extended solely to consumers who originally purchased the product from our official channels.
- It is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners or transferees.
- Unauthorized sellers or unverified third-party platforms cannot offer or honor this warranty.
- A valid tax invoice with intact product serial numbers is mandatory for all claims.
⚙️ Warranty Terms & Scope
The warranty applies strictly to Damodardas Haridas supplied branded products, including hardware components, software, and official factory firmware.
- Consumables Excluded: Normal wear-and-tear items such as Resin, LCD screens, FEP/PFA/ACF films, nozzles, and build plate sheets are excluded unless verified factory defective.
- Printer LCD Screens: Covered under a 1-month to 6-month limited warranty depending on specific machine model.
- Reseller Support: Technical troubleshooting assistance is extended to resellers, who retain final decision and responsibility for customer-facing service.
⚠️ Warranty Coverage Exclusions
Official maintenance services will incur standard service fees in the following situations not covered under warranty:
- Products without verifiable, solid proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by human factors: misuse, improper installation, accidental drops, water/liquid damage, abnormal voltage, or fire.
- Unauthorized modifications, firmware flashing, or disassembly not in accordance with official manuals.
- Repairs conducted by non-authorized service providers.
- Second-hand, refurbished, or pre-owned purchases (sold strictly “as-is”).
📦 Products Damaged on Arrival (DOA) & Shipping Claims
If your parcel exterior shows any signs of shipping damage upon delivery, please document the receipt immediately. A continuous video recording capturing (a) the parcel exterior and shipping label, and (b) the complete unboxing process is mandatory for all DOA claims.
Please retain all original outer shipping cartons and internal protective foam until the equipment has been verified for mechanical completeness and electrical operation. Any transit damage, defects, or missing components must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
